She and husband John Legend headed to the Comedy Cellar in New York on Saturday where the singer threw Teigen a birthday party.
An Instagram video of the night shows Legend on stage, mike in hand, leading the crowd in a rendition of "Happy Birthday" before cutting to a cake with several candles.
Teigen is seen in several Instagram snaps wearing an orange, form-fitting dress with her baby bump on full display. She and Legend announced her pregnancy in October.
Guests at the private birthday bash enjoyed items from a custom menu by celebrity chef David Chang's restaurant group Momofuku, according to ET.
And just when it seemed like the evening couldn't get any more special, guests were treated to a few laughs from comedian Dave Chappelle.
Teigen wasn't the only person who was surprised – several guests posted about Chappelle's last-minute gig.
"Went to the Comedy Cellar on a whim … Saw some great stand-up. Then, Dave Chappelle hangs out and tells some jokes for two hours at the end. *mic drop,*" one Facebook user posted on the Comedy Cellar's page.
